Burley Manor combines old manor house charm with a contemporary eclectic twist. Built in 1852 by Colonel William Clement Drake Esdaile, it’s an architecturally stunning baronial-style manor house set within an eight-hundred-year-old estate and surrounded by rolling countryside and Burley Park – a red deer sanctuary. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the picture-perfect village of Burley. The restaurant is the epicentre of the Burley Manor experience where our chefs prepare slow food and Mediterranean sharing dishes with ingredients sourced from the very best producers and cooked in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven. A place of tranquillity, of big blue skies and deep green forests, Burley Manor offers a space to breathe and to re-charge in understated luxury.
Offering something truly unique in the New Forest. Somewhere you can come to enjoy stunning food with Mediterranean influences, luxurious spa treatments and tranquil grown-up’s only stays in its individually designed boutique rooms and suites.
