What to expect
Expect a guided run rather than a lecture—your guide shares vivid stories in short bursts, then you move on. The pace is conversational, not competitive; you're covering genuine distance but with frequent pauses to absorb the city's character. You'll pass through multiple neighbourhoods, each with distinct history. Bring your own water and wear proper running kit. The route is urban, so surfaces vary between pavements and dedicated paths.
Good to know
Moderate fitness essential—this is a proper 12km run, not a gentle jog. Prams and strollers welcome for non-running companions. Public transport connections exist nearby if you need to bail out early. Service animals permitted. Not suitable if you have cardiovascular concerns.
