What to expect
Your chauffeur will be waiting as you clear customs and baggage claim, holding a nameplate or sign. The drive to central Inverness typically takes around 20 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. You'll travel in a comfortable, well-maintained vehicle with bottled water provided. The service handles all airport taxes and charges upfront, so no hidden costs at the end. If you're arriving very early or late, the one-hour waiting allowance gives you time to collect yourself before departure.
