About this tour
Create your own rum in this three-hour hands-on distilling workshop in the UK. Your host walks you through each step—from initial tasting to final bottling and wax sealing—whilst you sip a rum cocktail as the spirit develops. Leave with your personalised creation.

What to expect
You'll arrive to a warm welcome, then head into the micro distillery space. After a welcome drink and a rundown of how the session works, you'll taste a selection of rums and learn their origins. This informs your botanical choices—you'll pick flavours and ingredients from the library that appeal to you. Once your recipe is set, you'll oversee the distillation process on the copper stills whilst relaxing with a rum cocktail. When it's done, you'll bottle the spirit yourself, design a label with your chosen name, and seal it with wax. The whole process is interactive and guided throughout.
