What to expect
Your driver arrives at Heathrow arrivals hall holding a name board with your name. Hand over your luggage and settle into an air-conditioned vehicle—no queuing, no navigating unfamiliar bus routes, no hauling bags through stations. The car takes you directly to your Central London postcode. If your flight lands early or runs late, your driver knows about it and adjusts accordingly. You have 75 minutes to clear customs, collect baggage, and meet your driver without penalty. Beyond that, time extends at £12.50 per 15 minutes.
Good to know
Provide your flight number, landing time, and full drop-off postcode when booking. Your driver's details arrive by email, text, or WhatsApp before travel. Extra waiting time beyond the included 75 minutes costs £12.50 per quarter-hour.
