What to expect
A driver will be waiting at the Heathrow terminal gates holding a name board. After brief pleasantries, you'll head to a well-maintained car, load luggage, and settle in for the journey west into Bath. The route typically follows the M4 motorway, taking 75–90 minutes depending on traffic. Your driver tracks your flight, so if you land early or late, the pickup time shifts accordingly. You get 30 minutes of free waiting at the airport; beyond that, time is charged at reasonable increments. The car is clean, climate-controlled, and equipped to handle children's seats and buggies if required.
Good to know
Standard luggage allowance is included; excess items in the passenger compartment cost £15 (at driver discretion and subject to vehicle capacity). The service tracks live flight data, so expect flexibility. Public transport alternatives exist locally if you change plans.
