What to expect
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. Head straight to the vehicle—no desk check-in or group briefing required. The car is clean, cool, and stocked with water. During the journey, you'll travel via the standard Heathrow routes into London; peak-time traffic can stretch timings, so build in a buffer if you have onward plans. Children travelling in car seats or prams settle easily; the driver knows the route and navigates it regularly. You'll be dropped at your London accommodation or meeting point.
Good to know
Book at least 24 hours ahead. Provide your flight number and expected arrival time when you reserve. If delayed, the driver will track your flight. Confirm your exact drop-off address in advance to avoid confusion. Peak hours (7–10 am, 4–7 pm) add 30–45 minutes to journey time.
