What to expect
Your driver will meet you at Heathrow and navigate you smoothly into London, sharing genuine knowledge of the city's layout and notable spots along the way. This isn't a silent shuttle—expect conversation from someone who actually knows the streets rather than following GPS. The journey typically takes around an hour depending on traffic. The cab itself is spacious, climate-controlled, and recognisable as that distinctly British conveyance.
Good to know
Wheelchair users and those with prams can board easily. Service animals travel without issue. If traffic is heavy, journey times extend accordingly. Your driver can offer practical travel tips beyond just getting you to your hotel.
