About this tour
A one-hour guided dance party through Brighton's streets where your group leads the choreography. Work with a local guide to pick your theme and soundtrack, learn a short routine, then dance past city landmarks whilst drawing onlookers into the celebration. The pace mixes dancing with walking and gentle jogging—fitness level doesn't matter, only your willingness to commit to the theme and have a laugh. Wind down with a cool-off before heading out for the rest of your evening.

What to expect
Your guide meets you and leads a five-minute warm-up to loosen up. They'll teach you a handful of dance moves tied to your chosen track—nothing complicated, just enough to repeat as you move. You'll then process through Brighton, stopping at notable spots where you perform your routine. Between locations, you walk or jog at a conversational pace. Strangers often notice and sometimes join in. The vibe is deliberately chaotic and celebratory rather than polished. Finish with a brief cool-down stretch before you're released back into the night.
Good to know
Wear comfortable trainers and costume pieces that let you move freely. Public transport is nearby if you need it. The tour isn't suitable if you have spinal injuries, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns. Photos are optional but recommended for proof of your silliness.
