About this tour

This 2–3 hour midweek ride follows a smartphone-guided route, letting you explore forest tracks and open heathland at an unhurried pace. What to expect
You'll collect your bike and receive a digital route plan on your phone. The ride takes you along established forest paths and open heathland, moving at a steady, conversational pace. Expect occasional gentle climbs, soft ground surfaces, and stretches of uneven track. The fading light lends the forest a different character—quieter birdsong, shifting shadows, fewer vehicles. Bring water and a light layer; temperatures drop quickly once the sun dips.
Good to know
Moderate fitness is essential; this isn't flat terrain. Wear robust shoes with good grip. Phone battery should be charged for navigation. Nearest public transport is within reasonable distance. Service animals are permitted. Infant seats mean younger children can join.
