What to expect
You'll be fitted with a complete harness system before ascending into the trees. The course demands sustained upper-body strength and mental focus as you work through swinging ropes, narrow beams and wobbling platforms. Instructors brief you on technique but don't guide you through each obstacle—you move at your own pace, testing yourself against the aerial challenges. The combination of height, physical exertion and problem-solving creates genuine intensity without artificial theatrics.
Good to know
Moderate fitness is essential; this isn't a leisurely walk. Avoid if you have spinal injuries, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns. Wear trainers with decent grip. The course operates in most weather, though heavy rain may cause cancellations.
