The session works whether you're approaching whisky for the first time or you already know your preferred regions and styles. Your host explains what's in each glass—the grain, the cask, the finish—helping you understand what you're tasting rather than simply drinking it. The pace is unhurried; you'll nose, taste, and discuss each pour before moving on.
