What to expect
Your driver will collect you from your hotel's front entrance at the scheduled time, or a nearby meeting point if traffic requires adjustment. The minivan holds a maximum of eight travellers, keeping the atmosphere relaxed rather than rushed. Depending on congestion and the time of day, the journey typically takes two to four hours. You'll travel via motorway towards the south coast, arriving at Southampton where you're dropped directly at your cruise terminal entrance. Peak-time departures may see earlier pickups announced in advance.
Good to know
Pack one suitcase and one carry-on per person—oversized luggage, wheelchairs, or walkers need prior approval. If flying into Heathrow on cruise day, arrange to stay overnight at a connected hotel (Sofitel Terminal 5 or Hilton Terminal 4) for 11:30am pickup, as airport curbside collection isn't permitted. Gratuities aren't included.
