What to expect
You'll be collected near Southampton in a Mercedes E350 and driven to Stonehenge at your own pace. The driver acts as a knowledgeable local rather than a tour guide—they're there to get you there safely and comfortably, fielding questions about the landscape and region. The four hours covers travel time, so plan for roughly two hours on the road either way depending on traffic. If you'd prefer to stop at a village, stately home, or pub along the route, just ask and the driver will accommodate where feasible. The vehicle is spacious, climate-controlled, and stocked with water.
Good to know
Stonehenge entrance fees are not included and must be booked in advance; check opening times and visitor numbers before travel. The service accepts service animals. Public transport alternatives exist if needed. Luggage space suits both large suitcases and smaller bags, making this workable for airport transfers combined with sightseeing.
