What to expect

Good to know
- Dogs welcome (keep under control near livestock & wildlife)
Keep dogs under control around grazing livestock and away from ground-nesting birds (March to July). Wear suitable footwear — grass can be boggy after wet weather. There is no charge for access; the New Forest is free to explore on foot.
