What to expect

Good to know
- Dogs welcome (keep under control near livestock & wildlife)
Dogs are welcome on open access land but keep them under control near livestock and ground-nesting birds (Mar–Jul). Sturdy shoes are adequate for dry conditions; wellington boots advised after rain. No facilities at the start; it's a straightforward in-and-out stroll rather than a loop.
